I bring with me 20 years of work experience. I'm currently a Social Media Mgr and Appointment Setter.
My skills include Social Media Mgt, Customer Success Mgt, Lead Generation, Business Analysis, Project Mgt, Product and Soft Skills Training, Software Support, IT Relationship Management.I started as a project assistant in IBM Philippines and slowly climbed my way up the corporate ladder with varying responsibilities for different multi-national companies.I worked a total of 4 years in the line of project administration, assisting in IT and telecommunications projects, where I mastered the art of juggling deadlines for the multiple hats that I wore. Here is where I was trained to do quality work the first time, because IBM has one of the strictest standards I know in terms of quality of work.
I then got lured into 5 years of broadband and IBM software sales. I consistently topped my team selling broadband, so I became team lead after a year. This sales experience also landed me a stint in lead generation for an SaaS company where I received one of the highest commissions in the team.
I spent the last 9 years doing product and soft skills training, software support, IT relationship management, business analysis, mostly for one of the leading investment software companies in the US. I was first working in a call center in the Philippines then later got hired directly by the company and was assigned in Dubai handling US and EMEA accounts. I worked remotely this whole time as my boss has always been either in the US or in
these experiences instilled in me the professionalism, maturity, self-reliance, and good work ethics than not a lot of people possess.
