Profile Description

I have over 5 years of experience managing BPO projects for major tech global brands here in the Philippines. My knowledge about BPO Operations is extensive as I have experience in almost all the moving parts that run the operations. I have experience in team management, analytics and reporting, queue management, iUpgrade to see actual info management, training and development and workforce. Having to work for these departments, I was able to develop a good understanding of the dynamics of BPO operations which allows me to collaborate well with other departments and responsible entities in the organization when I became an Operations Manager and a Project Manager.
