Profile Description

I have a total of 5 years work experience as a Customer Service Representative. My past roles for the last 4 years includes handling of inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails for an e-commerce client. On another year, I was able to handle a client for a promotional marketing company.
I was also able to do content moderation and handle a team under a social media client.
As an additional information, I also have a certificate for "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" by Google Digital Garage and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and PHP which I know that will help me a lot landing a role.
With these experiences, I was able to be in a fast-paced environment in which I was able to learn how to grasp information as quick as I could, do multiple tasks at a time while still being organized, maintain the quality of work I submit, and be exposed on a work setting that is detail-oriented.
