Profile Description

I've worked in the BPO industry for almost 10 years since I was 18. Being in the industry has taught me a lot of new skills and has helped me improve especially with my communications skills. I am an undergraduate though but that did not stop me from achieving my goals. I became a Team Leader which deals mostly about team management. I was tasked to do real time assistance and support to the team, enforces policy and handle escalated calls. I was also promoted to a Coach which has primary tasks to provide feedback to the teammates, coaching the behavior, deal with client reports, performance review, sanctioning of attendance and code of conduct. I am also an undergraduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts Major in Painting in University of San Carlos. I can do most of the traditiobal art and have been practicing as well digital and graphic arts using Procreate. I have been receiving commissions to do arts for clients.
