I am hardworking, well-organized, honest, have great attention to detail, flexible, and easy to deal with! I worked as a Local Chief Executive's Secretary for almost 3 years in a Local Government Unit which I gain more experience on paper works, personal assistance, and client services.

I was a call center agent for more than 2 years (a customer sales representative who booked hotel rooms, flights, and cars for customers who called the 1800 toll-free number of our company) and I've also been a technical support representative (assisted customers who had an internet connection problem, I create solutions to make their internet connections back).I am an experienced Product Lister and Optimizer who optimized titles, edit the main image, other images of the product then add descriptions. I create a product template using Web Tagbot and upload them to an eBay Store. The tools I am using are  Inkfrog, Snipping Tool, Canva, Title Builder, Greengeeks, Tagbot, Kompozer, Scarcity Manager, and google spreadsheets, of course. I can also list SKUs using a PriceGuard, Inkfrog and I can even list items manually. I know how to use Sku Grid and I process orders through eBay, Amazon, and other suppliers. I am working long-term part-time on an Amazon USA Seller Central Account where we receive orders every day and I fulfill them on our manufacturer's site on a daily basis as well to avoid out of stock. I record the sales on a google spreadsheet. I am very much familiar with the cities and states in the USA and their abbreviations since I worked as a call center agent for more than 2 years so you don't have to worry about sending the orders to wrong addresses 'coz I'm an expert in processing orders!

I've managed several Social Media Accounts, FB Pages, and even Youtube Channels. I do research, create content, edit photos and videos, and reply to clients' messages and comments. I am a quick learner. I love the opportunity to learn new skills and keep my brain challenged while completing your important tasks. If I don't know how to do it, I guarantee, I will figure it out!
