I have 6 months of experience with Customer Service around 2018-2019 at Teleperformance(Alphaland), the account I've handled is a healthcare account, the usual customers(members) were senior citizens, most of the calls were inbound - but we can also do an outbound call, especially if its an important one. It was challenging yet fun and fulfilling - when you have had a satisfied customer and made a friend along the way.
