Profile Description

Administrative Assistant -
* Provides secretarial support to the Managing Director/ Chairman.
* Communicated with clients and scheduled face-to-face meetings. Maintain calendars, coordinating extensive appointments, meetings, and domestic/international travel. 
* Point of contact for incoming calls; managed calls with courtesy and passed on messages with accuracy.
* Supported operations in the finance and marketing departments by providing administrative Upgrade to see actual infoanized office transition from paper invoices to QuickBooks and online invoicing. 
* Ensuring office procedures and systems operate efficiently.
* Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, both manually and using a computer. 

Shopify Assistant -
* Responsible for planning and selling the company's products to e-commerce platforms.
* Listing of products online channels
* Develop sales strategy for existing inventory and new product launches.
* Review and ensure product listings are clear, complUpgrade to see actual info, and meet the standards.
* Monitor daily sales, and inventory and generate reports.
* Provide customer service to the clients, by answering any questions they might have about the business and our services. 
* As a Shopify Assistant, I am making maximum use of an online communication channel to deliver services and communicate with new/old clients.
