Since college days, I develop myself to think beyond the box and focus on every task that I am assigned. With the modern age, I already mastered the use of MS Office and soon as I got off from college, I started working. The first job was tough as it seemed to be. I was an outbound agent for a UK (United Kingdom) account. The job is about processing miss-sold insurance by the bank where we help them get a refund and a small percent of what they'll get will be the payment of the Upgrade to see actual info was tough especially on convincing people that they were miss-sold of the insurance. But the experience of the job for almost 6 months taught me the importance of patience and perseverance. The second job was being a technical support representative dealing with American Upgrade to see actual info was a new whole thing for me. The job itself is about cables, phone and internet service. I am able to know how to multi-task and ensure the customer how the services will be up and running within the allotted time. The primary sole of my experience is to guarantee the customer that they will be receiving a good quality customer service in a stipulated time. The next job I've got is being a Benefit Advocate. Here I was exposed to the Health Care Industry where we service the members (US citizens) on how their insurance work through UnitedHealth Care. We cater to their concerns such as eligibility information, claims in question, pharmacy details, check refund, and appeals Upgrade to see actual info was tough since we were dealing with the member's health information. However, the toughness of the job itself challenged me on how to be on top. This is where I became an SME ( Subject Matter Expert) for 4 months and later on became a Training Intern. I have handled 2 classes and it where I can say that my growth professionally and mentally was challenged.
