Over the past 2 years i was connected with
the BPO industry in supporting a technical account that caters to IPTV, High Speed Internet and VoIP. The measurement of our customer satisfaction was basicall dwelling on both Customer Service as well as knowledge of the product. I started off as a CSR/TSR Representative and was eventualy promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. After a couple of month being a SME handling all things in their technical perspective. I was called to become a Supervisor and moving up the ladder i already handled a team composed of 15 representatives handling all types of concerns from technical queries, customer realtions, billing escalations, Payroll, Human Relations, Performance Management, etc.
