Profile Description

I helped Heads and CEOs' of one of the most leading retail company in the Philippines, start-up BPO company, and a Homecare Agency located in Pennsylvania-- both back office and operational departments to sustain the companies' progressive success by recruiting or staffing solutions, finding leads or potential clients from different industries, processing salaries and benefits, providing employee and customer services, handling calls and emails, organizing documents accordingly and keeping files updated, analyze and research data, publishing and editing impactful graphics and contents to attract potential targets, managing priorities and time, being advanced and proficient in technology; and, regulate proper procedures and systems while implementing company rules and labor legistation. I also provide quality education for students who are willing to become Globally Competitive by teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
In my role as a virtual assistant, I am dedicated to supporting CEOs and leadership teams in driving organizational success. With a focus on removing obstacles and enabling high-impact activities, I ensure that executives can operate efficiently and effectively. Though my work is primarily behind the scenes, its impact is felt throughout the organization.
