For 22 months, I worked full-time as a
Customer Service Representative and a Content Moderator for an outsourcing company
wherein I handled three main channels: Outbound, Chat and
merchants, customers and delivery riders worldwide while maintaining an
outstanding experience in every interaction; resolved matters such as payments,
account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting with extraordinary
customer care; ensured the safety and
functionality of online platforms that rely on user-generated content; reviewed
massive amounts of textual, visual, and audio data to judge whether it complies
with the predetermined rules and guidelines for the safety of a website; used
targeted tools to screen text, images, video, and audio that are inappropriate,
offensive, illegal or harmful.
Year 2021, I tried working part-time as a Data Entry
Specialist wherein I am responsible for digitizing data for storage purposes. I
worked in the administrative department of a company and my duties include
collecting client information, maintaining an organized filing system, and
reviewing data for completeness and accuracy. I also worked part-time as an
Amazon Product Researcher. As an Amazon product researcher, I create a daily product sourcing plan/strategy,
search, analyze, and evaluate online suppliers and their product
categories/product range, in line with the company’s profit and sales targets
as well as budget and consider various criteria in searching and choosing
products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying
behavior, associated risks, and overall business environment (such as pandemic).
