Profile Description

I started my career as a PMO analyst then move as project manager in software development. I have 12 years working experience in project management both in waterfall and agile methodology. I have handled more than 30 projects creating web and mobile applications (simple to complex) in various industries like aviation, medical, insurance, transportation, e-commerce and agriculture. I have worked with different stakeholders from business owners gathering requirements and providing project update either monitoring project implementation and project cost, and making sure it’s released to the market successfully. I worked closely to teams of web/mobile developers, testers and UI/UX designers making sure to deliver the product based on the definition of done agreed with the client. I have over 6 years of working knowledge in scrum framework as scrum master and product owner role (PSM and PSPO certified). With the task from gathering requirements, translating it to user stories in the product backlog, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review to sprint retrospective. Since the pandemic, I’ve been working with the dev team remotely using collaboration tools such as MS teams, Azure DevOps, JIRA or Trello.
