Before my stint at Shopee, I worked as an eBay Customer Service Representative, where I gained valuable experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Additionally, I worked as a Cataloger and Data Specialist at Case New Holland International, based in Racine, Wisconsin, for over 10 years. My role was to ensure that vendor data was accurately inputted into the website, so customers could order tractor parts efficiently. This experience gave me extensive knowledge of data management and quality control.
Currently, I work as a Customer Experience Specialist and Operations Assistant at HiNeon Technologies Inc., where I assist the logistics team with tracking parcels and filing courier claims, handle customer support for various eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Woocommerce, and perform data analysis. With my diverse skillset, I believe I can excel in this role and contribute to the growth of your business.
I rate my English writing and speaking levels at 10, since I've been in the customer service industry for more than 10 years already and communicating with English-speaking people is not new to me.
