Currently I am a lead generation specialist for two IT companies in the USA. We review potential candidate or company if they meet our requirements through web research. We also have aportal to complete or enter data if the initial listing is incomplete. Once qualified, we communicate through phone, email and linkedin to offer our companies solutions. If they agree and would like to proceed we refer them to our SME for product Upgrade to see actual info the past, I have also worked as Customer Service, Technical support representative and a Social Media Support for WWE. I am comfortable to communicate with custimers through email, phone, chat and social media.
