Profile Description

I have worked for around for around 3 years already for the BPO indusctry. Being in the industry made me acquire different skills. I handled outbound calls for the first months I was working. I also became an inbound customer service representative for an insurance company who mostly caters specialty medications.
I also handled back office process within the account. So I know, that it will be easy for me to cope up using different tools for back office work.
I am also flexible to being a sales representative for insurance because I also worked part-time for an insurance company here in the Philippines for over 2 years already.
