Profile Description

1. Setting up Accounting and Finance Department, restructure department organizational structure to properly establish segregation of duties, responsibilities, accountability and to properly assess employees on their individual performance. Providing expertise in business process mapping and setting up an ERP system.
2. Project Manage the setup, integration mapping and implementation of new front end system  the Point of Sale (POS) and also the Lending system.
3. Prepare company financial report, financial presentation, budget and Financial Analysis
4. Setting Compliance monitoring to handle BIR and other government compliance
5. Manage and supervise daily and monthly accounting and finance department transactions. Managing the process of financial forecasting, budgeting and overseeing the financial reporting.
6. Identifying and understanding the current company structure, challenges and issues. Providing a strategic recommendation to the CEO/ President and members of the executive department for decision making and Oversees the implementation of company strategies
7. Providing leadership, direction and management to all company departments and Spearheads new initiatives and mentor newer company team Member           8. Oracle functional support, SAP B1 user and implementer, Quick books user, advance Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power point
