I have been a Telemarketer for a couple of years, doing outbound calls to US customers, selling products and services. Afterward,
I worked as a Real estate Virtual Assistant since 2008 up to the present. I am an experienced and professional VA
who can work for you on a daily basis.
In real estate Investing and Property Management, I can assist in
Updating the spreadsheet monthly with rental income, collections etc
Fill out collection forms and follow up on files
Calendar everything and stay on top of maintenance issues
Prepare leases when needed
Reply to tenant emails
Post ads on Kijiji, craigslist and back page when we have a vacancy as well as in FB business page
Send letters to tenants when needed
Be in contact with clients to see if there are any problems
Prepare letters and mail to buyers and sellers
Post ads/ properties online (linked, craigslist etc) for buyers and sellers
Network for buyers and sellers
Keep deals organized
Help get contractors lined up, on budget and on schedule for fixing houses
Keep track of rehab expenses by the house in a spreadsheet
Help get investing set up (title companies, buyers, sellers, wholesalers etc)
Put portfolio of past real estate deals together
Find banks for financing
Find networking events for clients to go to
Do Facebook posts for clients
Book travel when needed
Keep track of buyers & sellers in a spreadsheet
Prepare property info to email to buyers
