Profile Description

I worked as a BPO employee for total of 14 years handling pure debt collections. I am looking for clients who needs help in terms of collecting debts, negotiating with customers and whatever fits for my experience.
                                                                                                                                                My expertise is to communicate with customers and negotiate in making a payment over the phone, email or text. I do inbound, outbound and manual calls. With my 14 years of experience talking to a different types of customers, I was able to built an excellent negotiations and dealing with complaints.
