I am a professional translator and writer who currently has 17 years' worth of experience in various industries including the IT, manufacturing, medical, and academic sectors. I can read, write, and speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese and I have professional proficiency in German and French. I am known for my speed in terms of translating and writing articles and I also have published more than 700+ articles on the internet that are written in a foreign language (Spanish). In addition, I also have 2 years' worth of leadership experience and I am no stranger when it comes to meeting strict deadlines. I also have extensive Customer Support experience (both in voice and e-mail) and I know how to handle escalations.

In terms of my other skills, I am a certified paralegal as well as a digital marketer who graduated from the Asian Institute of Management.
