Profile Description

Currently a credentialing specialist for a staffing agency that's based in Atlanta. I worked for 2 years in the BPO industry, with some of the companies with the biggest names. I am great at handling concerns even with enraged customers. I always make it a point to consider my customer or client's emotion above anything else.

I worked for the City Government under the City Vice Mayor's Office for 3 years. I handled administrative works and guest relations. I also managed the office's Social Media which involved plotting the calendar, composing captions, schedule of posting, answering emails and comments, and tracking the page's movement.

I am very much excited to expand my horizon and harness my knowledge and skills in this platform.
