I help people in my previous job in explaining their bill, fixing technical issues and guiding what is the best device that is really helpful and convenient for them to used. Prior to joining on the Business process outsourcing company I was one of their top technical support a destination for online professional services. There, I focused on professional support, happiness, and retention to ensure that the customer got the best answers possible. Applying as a virtual assistant is very challenging for me I am willing to be trained and learn on it effectively and knowing that a skill begins in a good way especially when it is studied properly.
