Profile Description

I've been in a banking industry for almost 9 years and I've done a lot of Administrative work. I started as a Customer Service Representative in 2009, got promoted twice as a Team Leader where I started to involve in doing institutional bank wide projects such as Annual survey, Mystery Shopper, Mystery Caller, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) project. I am also involved in doing QA to CSRs for their appraisal. I also handled outbound projects requested by other units. Then in 2014, I was chosen by our Customer Management Head to be her deputy . i became a Customer Management Associate where in one of my task is to file confidential documents such as billing and receipts from our supplier, requisition of office supplies for our unit, monitor the budget allocated in our unit, doing monthly report, monitoring the aged cases of CSRs, conduct face to face interview with CSR and Telephone operator candidates, do a call simulation, and endorse the successful candidate to the immediate supervisor for final interview. And now I am looking for a home based and stable job that can maximize my time and in return, help the company with my skills and experiences.
