With a combined 13 years in Sales and Telemarketing - (3 years in Corporate and 10 years in Home Office Setting). I can say that I was able to deliver effective and efficient service to my client with integrity and accountability.
My experience includes - Identifies, Influence or Persuade Customers to renew or buy the service or product by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing system, email and other telecommunications technologies. Collecting and Securing information, Completing Orders, Providing Real Time Updates to Clients are the essential parts of my Job.
As we live in a fast paced environment, change is constant. That's why Upskilling is crucial in Freelancing. I am currently undergoing Virtual Assistant Training to learn new niches, new techniques and tools to help me get the job done well.
With my experience, I was trained to meet deadlines ahead of time. With or without supervision, I can perform my Upgrade to see actual info every task, I learned new knowledge. And by continuous learning, I can provide quality service using both proven and innovative methods.
