Profile Description

- Well, build and molded experience in the e-commerce industry. I manage different accounts in Online Selling from drop-shipping to FBA accounts. Online selling is one of my passions and I can say that I am very good at selling items. My superb experience in product research helps me a lot to source out good and profitable items to sell. - I have been working as a fulfillment Manager for 3 years which I am focusing on processing out daily sold items. Make sure that my team is functioning well when preparing and processing orders from our valued customers. Make sure that everything is processed on that day with no delay. -I am a skilled product listing, which I list products in eBay, Amazon, Shopify and other online shopping stores. I am good at SEO and I always make sure that our product title is competitive. -Communicate with our supplier every time we are out of stock and I always make sure that we have enough stocks in order for us to avoid any issues with our sold items. -Process Payments to our suppliers and receive payments from our customers. Make sure that the PayPal transaction is successfully processed. -I am good at handling customer concerns and resolving issues like for example items that customers didn't expect to receive. Sometimes customers receive defective items, so I always make sure that we have full satisfaction from our clients, customers, buyers. I was able to cope with those scenarios by sending them new items and delivering them through expedite shipping. -Contacting to the customer about the status of the shipment.  Building rapport to the customer and give them updated tracking numbers and an Estimated date of delivery.-I am also good at responding emails to our Customers, Prospect Customers, and Suppliers or let's say that I am good at making business proposals. -Responsible to compare price from other listing products and do product research. I also knew how to do price matching and ASIN matching. I am responsible as well in gaining a good profit. Very adventurous person, friendly, trainable and easy to deal with. I don't give up easily.
