Profile Description

I've been with the customer service industry for more than 15 years. I am a professional who can work under pressure, armed with oral and written communication skills, I am patient, I can multi-task. Currently, I am handling 17 agents as a Team Leader trainee, I coach, help them with product knowledge, prepare their daily, weekly, monthly performance and provide them feedback. I handle and review escalated calls and guide/assist agents to take call in. My computer proficiency helps me in preparing the data needed for my team and target goals set by the client. I listen and monitor agents' calls and provide real time coaching for opportunities identified. I am focus, adapt easily and willing to learn more.
