Profile Description

I am an Amazon Virtual Assistant who can perform tasks such as product research, supplier sourcing, keyword research, product listing, and Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC). I am a graduate of Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant (ASVA) Masterclass, a hands-on Amazon VA training managed by AmazonationPh.
Before my Amazon VA journey, I worked as a Quality and Document Control Manager for seven years in a remote (online) setup for a mobile devices recycling company. I managed the R2 (Responsible Recycling) and RIOS (Recycling Industry Operating Standard) compliance of their three facilities (Hong Kong, New York, Texas). I led the company's readiness to the certification, surveillance, re-certification and supplier audits. I was also in-charged on the creation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) required by these standards.
Handling 3 facilities required great organizational skills. And also, since these facilities are in different parts of the world, my communication skills was greatly enhanced speaking to different people in our company. To get the full cooperation of the team on tasks, I used my team management skills to be successful on this part.
With these experiences, I have used several tools to help me on my job. Apart from the in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Certification Standards Management System (CSMS), I am able to use the following tools proficiently:
