The paragraph below describes my entire work experience in different companies/industries.
I was a CSR for Billing and Tech Concerns under AT&T, I help resolve customers billing concerns and technical issues. Sales Associate under AT&T ISM, I incorporate sales after resolving my customer's concerns e.g. Upselling/ offering upgrades on their phone subscriptions. When I was working as a pharmacist I do auditing, every Friday of the week I facilitate inventory which audits all the sold and unsold items, in addition, I document daily until the end of the week sales (income and profit). Worked CapitalFoods/Austeva, my roles were VA, Sales Associate, Engineering Recruiter, and Client Services. I do cold calling, cold emailing, sending introductory emails to prospective clients, selling food products and engineering services and I also hire/recruit applicants using ZipRecruiter and call them for an initial interview.
