I'm Upgrade to see actual info, a results-driven Executive Assistant with extensive experience in the banking industry as a Bookkeeper, Teller, and ATM in charge while simultaneously acting as an Executive Assistant to the bank Manager. This honed my time-management and multitasking skills to accomplish tasks on time or even ahead of the deadline.

At the same time, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, I do data entry and research, strategic sourcing, generating prospect leads, recruiting talents, and data scraping using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, and various CRMs/ATS. I also handle multiple LinkedIn accounts to run cold emailing campaigns and monitor email inboxes.

Moreover, I act as the team's lead VA - screening VA applicants, reviewing their resumes and portfolios, interviewing them, and sending those shortlisted candidates to the CEO. Apart from that, I train and mentor new hire VAs during onboarding and overall workflow.    
I work to streamline daily administrative and operational tasks while delivering efficient customer service and quality results to my clients to free up their time and make them focus more on scaling up their businesses.
