I am 35 years old a Finance Management graduate. I worked as an Business Admin Assistant to our family business for almost 5 years, which part of my works are to handle their inventory management, processing orders, sales management, customer service and etc. And this year July 2022, God blessed me a clients to have an opportunity to work online. And working as Virtual Assistant really helped me with knowledge and skills.
My first ever client was based on Australia, I worked as a Product Lister on Ebay, which I list all of the products that I need to post on eBay. This experience just thought me some basics how to navigate the eBay system and helped me to land on my 2nd client. But unfortunately, I need to end my work to my first client but still I am grateful to what I have learned from them. And now currently, I am hired to my 2nd US client as VA/Lead Generation, I had an opportunity to learn and add more skills. I do handle his eBay and Walmart, some order processing, researching wholesale supplier, basic customer service, do some basic graphic design using CANVA, updating the spreadsheet daily, boosting and optimizing his product list organically.
