My previous job experiences honed me to have good quality skills, such as active listening, communication, computer skills, customer service, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and time management.
Because as a customer service representative in Amazon, I have to be good in solving the problem of my customer in order to help them for their issue. The key to solving those problems is by having good communication skills in order for me to understand their concern and for me to be understood as well. On the other hand, as an appointment setter in Medicare insurance. I could say that patience is the best skill.
Because I need to have more appointments for my client because that is the goal. Besides as a graduate of BSED- English it also mold me to be good in English communication skills, specially I also had my experience as an ESL Teacher for 3 years.  Lastly, I believe that the skills that I have is a good fit for the position in your good platform.
