GENERAL BACKGROUND
I have worked in an Advertising Agency/ Personal Branding Agency as a Customer/Client Manager/Assistant doing onboarding and offboarding calls with Founders/CEOs who happened to be our clients. I set expectations, timelines, and contribute to the documentation process and process improvement plan.
I am a Project Manager and Recruitment Specialist. Throughout my 5-year career journey, I was exposed to customer service, Real Estate cold callings, sales, and marketing, strategic planning, graphic designing, documentation, and conducting onboarding training for clients.
I was able to facilitate some marketing campaigns in China. I was a Branch Contributor in Gogokid Rex Program where I outsourced experienced English Consultants in my country and Native speakers as well. I also exposed myself to recruiting since I was hired as a project-based Recruitment Specialist in PandaABC (ESL Company).

I work in a B2B Digital Marketing agency as a CSM Assistant but all rounder working with different departments.
