I started working in the BPO Industry when I dropped out of college, in 2012, due to financial difficulties. During the years passed, I've acquired various skills that have been beneficial to my current Upgrade to see actual infoom a customer service representative to a supervisory Upgrade to see actual info is very important to set your goals and focus on how to achieve them. One key value is being proactive in the workspace environment, whether in a typical office or in an offsite setting as a virtual assistant.
I have 5 years of experience as a customer service representative, 1 year as a technical support representative and 3 years as an online virtual assistant. Working from home can be hard sometimes, so to help me keep my focus, I set short term and long term goals within a period of time. I make sure to evaluate my progress and I'm willing to make necessary adjustments to be able to reach my goals in the given time frame. I am very adaptable and I like thinking outside the box whenever I make any decisions.
I am skilled in communicating with customers through phone, chat and e-mail. I am well-versed in using Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications. As a technical support representative, I have knowledge of basic software troubleshooting that I can use if ever I face problems.
