Profile Description

I have been working home-based for 10 years now. I started as a general recruiter for an Australian company with a remote office here in Manila. As a recruiter, I do end-to-end recruitment from job posting to hiring staff. After working for 3 months, I was promoted as a Senior IT Recruiter and considered as one of the top recruiters to fill in the job orders from different clients. I also became a recruiter trainer for a while. After 2 years of working as a recruiter, I was hired to be a virtual assistant of an Australian client to handle the retail online store. I am tasked to act as the shipping coordinator for overseas suppliers, manage, edit and upload items on our websites, process online/eBay sales, invoicing, and other admin tasks to name a few. After a year of working as a VA, I was promoted to become the operations manager of the Philippine team to handle 4 online stores and manage 10 virtual assistants. As an operations manager, I was tasked to handle escalations both for chat and email issues, oversee the whole operations, and do coaching/training for the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
