Profile Description

My first job after graduating from college was as an Encoder. I was tasked to encode financial transactions and to execute withdrawal requests from clients. The job was very detail oriented and having errors is not an option because money is involve. I never had any error all my time working there
for 9 months. My most recent job was at a startup company that specializes in BPO industry. I worked as the HR generalist and administrator, my function was to conduct all hiring processes from job-posting, to interview screening of employees, contract preparation and signing, orientation of company rules and regulation. I was also tasked with administrative duties assigned by the manager/owner. As a pioneer employee I had to learn some skills from scratch and discover ways to make the job easier and faster to do. I even developed a spreadsheet program to compute the salaries of the employees.
I'm now looking for a VA job that suits my skill set.
