Profile Description

I have worked as an Executive Assistant in various industries here in the Philippines for more than 15 years with experience in different Project Management and Document Management such as Aconex, SAP, Deltek Vision, Sharepoint, MS Office, Google Suite, Docusign, and New Forma. My work experiences involve managing construction documents/drawings, submittals, permits, department budget and accounting, contracts of all projects of the company, calendar management, Board reports, budget and accounting reports, anticipating needs, performing routine and non-routine tasks (phone, email, contacts, etc.), travel management of executives, and handles high-level sensitive and confidential correspondence/emails for executives, ensure accuracy and high-quality work and liaises with internal and external contacts and response to information or material requests.
