Profile Description

My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and insurance environments. Most recently, I worked with one of the biggest insurance company here in the Philippines as Branch Operations Upgrade to see actual info this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, discrepancy of the insurable amount and application requirements). I consistently reached my encoded application targets within the day.
Previously, I have also worked as a Title Submissions Coordinator for a self-publishing company. During that time, I have checked book information and input those information online, uploaded the book files through our online printer, make these books available to online stores (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and to our own site) and make sure that all information you see on the advertisement is accurate. I am also a quick learner and can work effectively and Upgrade to see actual info addition, I worked as a customer service desk for Accenture, where my responsibilities included handling customer technical concerns, resetting of employee passwords for the online company system, flagging damaged company-issued laptops and requesting for on-site technicians for damaged computers.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications and a degree in Accounting.
