Profile Description

I currently work for a publishing company (day job) as a copy editor. I copyedit manuscripts according to the rules cited in the Chicago Manual of Style, e.g., typographical errors, misspellings, subject-verb agreement, etc. I've written several articles as a news writer for our weekly university newspaper called the Weekly Sillimanian. In addition, I contributed articles to the local news website of Dumaguete City (DumagueteNews). I also know script writing and managed to produce segments and news reports in our own self produced shows entitled Silliman News and Hashtag SU. I have background in producing and handling a range of contents such as text, photos, videos, multimedia, interactive, tweets, posts, etc. I am fluent in social media. I have worked with different sites and blogs, most recently on a blog about sustainable living called Green Living in ANC. I am looking for a job that relates to my field, stable, can be short term or long term, and hope to contribute to you and your business.
