Profile Description

I have worked as a Sales Representative for a year. We sell security alarm systems to homes in US. I also have tried as a lead generation specialist. We call customers and ask them questions, if they qualify, we transfer the calls to the closers/sales team. I also have worked as a customer service representative for a Telephone company in the US. We assist customers who needs help with their cellphones like adding credits, phones that are unable to make and receive calls and the like. I also have worked for a Satellite Radio company in the US as customer service representative for 3 years. We assist customers for any billing inquiries about their accounts. Once we resolve their concerns, we upsell for a new product or service. I also have worked for a Telephone company in Australia for more than 3 years. I was a customer service representative and we handle billing concerns, technical issues and we also upsell once the issue is resolved. I was a virtual assistant for a year working for an appliance company in the US. I am assigned in the accounting department. I handle invoicing, rebates for the customers, spiff claims of the salesmen, and the like. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for a Logistics company in the US for more than I year now. I provide quotations to customers who want to make shipments. I book schedules for pick ups and Track deliveries and update customers about the status of their shipments.
