Profile Description

I'm a Virtual Medical Scribe Specialist working at a Psychiatry Clinic in Colorado for over 2 years now. Completing all administrative tasks efficiently, Updating patient history and other pertinent health information in the patient, Taking notes during patient visits and documenting them in the electronic health records system. Learning about the medical process and using a team approach in patient supervision and documentation. Working with a supervising Physician or Doctor to complete and submit medical records. Communicating with patients and supervising Physicians professionally.

I've been an Administrative/HR officer for about 3 years. Keeping records of employee documentation, benefits, and attendance in both physical and digital form. For each new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, create a position number and assist in the construction of a payroll profile. Keep up-to-date HR records and create reports as necessary. Plan and oversee office activities include purchasing supplies, leasing office space, and handling maintenance problems. 

I have also worked as a Documentation and Graphic Designer. Write emails and letters to clients, customers, and partner organizations. Keep complete, up-to-date records of all leads, correspondence, and customer contacts. Prepare all graphics and digital design requirements, from concept to completion. Communicate with the Upgrade to see actual infoeting and design teams. Development and formatting of proposal templates: producing, editing, and handling extremely complicated documents.

It would be my pleasure to work with you either full-time or part-time. I am available to work five days a week and am willing to work long hours. I can collaborate well with people and have a positive mindset. I enjoy interacting with others.
