insurance web portals and by calling insurances.
*In charge of checking Patients' eligibility and benefits thru web portals or
*Generates and sends statements to patients with outstanding balances.
*Generates monthly Account Receivable reports to clients.
*Manage the posting of EOB payments received from insurances and
payments received from patients
*Review EOB denials and take necessary action for each denied or
rejected claim.
*Submits corrected claim via 837 electronic submission or via paper.
*Prepare’s claim reconsideration and appeal package to be mailed out
