I was handling Macy's and Groupon back in 2019 to 2020 which are ecommerce companies. We are providing assistance to online customers from making better purchase decisions to resolving issues. We are asked to keep track of product optimization, development and fix any technical issues that might arise. And lastly, I worked with AT&T as a customer service representative as well. We handle customer requests for payments, activations, upgrades, and other services . We also understand customers wants and needs and recommend appropriate products in regards with their television, internet, and mobile phones. I enjoyed being a customer service representative because I love the feeling of helping somebody solve a problem they're having and I also love to interact with other people.
