I’ve worked in the BPO industry for 4 years and I've handled multiple Sales roles already. Below are my experiences and expertise with Sales roles including my tools of expertise each client:


DoorDash- As an Outbound Sales Expert of DoorDash, I was exposed to a lot of business owners in United States. These Business Owners are trying to sign up for a partnership with DoorDash Delivery for their businesses. I am catering business owners who owns Restaurant, Flower Shops, and Convenience Stores. By having partnered with DoorDash, there are a lot of benefits and features that they can take advantage of like Free Tablet and a 30 days Free Trial. Also, working with DoorDash taught me how to be strategic when it comes to calling Business Owners since there are many Time Zones and Holidays in United States.
Tools Expertise: SFDC, Outreach, PactSafe, Slack, Google Sheet, Google Calendar


Microsoft Store- Working with Microsoft Store, you need to have multi-tasking skills since I was chosen to be part of the Chat Support Team who are assisting 5 customers at the same time. We mainly cater Microsoft Products such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Customer can either get it as a subscription program or a one-time purchase. We also sell Microsoft devices such as Surface Tablet, Phone, Laptop, XBOX, and Games that are only exclusive with XBOX.

Hilton Grand Vacations- I was a club counselor and this role requires selling properties and accommodations by calling customers from USA who wants to own a hotel or an accommodation within a specific period of time.

Amazon- This position is a combination of Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service. Working at Amazon is you have to market or sell their subscription program and devices such as Amazon Fire Stick, Fire TV, Alexa, etc. Also, you need to cater customers that are having issues/concerns with their parcels.

AT&T and T-Mobile - We are selling carrier deals such as discounted devices, trade-in programs, and services for customers in USA.

For 4 years, I've been a Customer Service Representative, Sales Agent, Chat support, Technical Support, Retention, and Outbound Sales Executive.
