Profile Description

My role as a Customer Support Representative is to; provide solutions to customers' concerns about our product and service. Our main priority is to deliver customer satisfaction through Inbound calls, Emails/ Ticketing, Chat, and Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I became part of the Top Leader support in which we handle VIP customers. 

Also, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), I do floor support, especially for newbies who need assistance when it comes to processes, take supervisor calls and grant approvals and perform admin tasks promptly.
