Making cold calls to potential customers. Record the customers' personal information accurately in a computer system. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls. Generate sales lead and identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Responding to customer inquiries: Promptly and professionally addressing customer questions, concerns, or issues via email. My goal as a customer service/email support representative is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent and timely support. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential to succeed in this role.
