As a trainer, I have developed an incredible attention to detail to make sure I don't miss out on important tasks. I am a very organized person and planning my agenda on a daily basis has always been a habit for me. Part of my tasks as a trainer for an online retail account is to help design the curriculum and learning modules for all learners. This endeavor requires in-depth understanding of the retail and customer service industry, great amount of online research and content writing. And so far, I’ve handled over 40 successful classes using the modules and curriculum I helped create.
When I started to freelance in 2017, I worked with several dropshipping companies and Amazon FBA sellers. I handled customer service, took charge of hiring new employees and training them, created a training curriculum, wrote and implemented company SOPs, responded to feedback and reviews, supervised daily operations to ensure everything is running smoothly, provided coaching and feedback, ran
I also scored above average on my customer service and Basic English skill tests. And I can back that up with my 12 year experience in customer service. Working with customers, profiling them and addressing their needs through sharing information or offering available product has always been my passion. Many people would consider my job to be menial and boring however, I'm a problem solver who finds satisfaction and job fulfillment when I'm able to provide a solution to a seemingly frustrating and dead end issue. The best part about being a customer service representative is when your customer sincerely thank you and praise you for not only doing your job but being patient about it, for paying attention to their concern and for providing, if not the solution initially asked for, alternative options.
Lastly, I am a dynamic and a hard working individual who learns fast and is able to work with minimal supervision. I love learning new skills and is passionate about gaining new knowledge for self-enrichment.
Over the years of being an Associate trainer, I have learned skills that have made me effective in fulfilling my tasks. Time management in completing time-bound tasks has always been a priority for me. Aside from that, I also ensure that quality is always achieved.
Being in the BPO industry, particularly in customer service catering to customers in the USA, requires that one has to have a good command of the English language to be effective. I've had 9 years in various companies and my extensive experience has not only improved my English communication skills but has increased my knowledge in American culture as well.
I did write articles in college and has continued to keep a journal I constantly update to exercise my writing skills. I've written entries for creative writing in my company that have received positive remarks.
I've worked for a Market Research company for over three years and it taught me a lot particularly with how to deal with refusals and objections, how to gain and maintain their interest and how to interact with Americans.
I have 12 years of customer service experience with various companies, mainly in online retail customer support. My expertise has led to several promotions which gave me a chance to pass along the skills I have acquired and developed over the years through training new employees.
