As a trainer, I have developed an incredible attention to detail to make sure I don't miss out on important tasks. I am a very organized person and planning my agenda on a daily basis has always been a habit for me. Part of my tasks as a trainer for an online retail account is to help design the curriculum and learning modules for all learners. This endeavor requires in-depth understanding of the retail and customer service industry, great amount of online research and content writing.
