Profile Description

Before I dUpgrade to see actual info to work at home in 2017 to spend more time with my family, I was in the BPO industry. I spent 9 years in customer service for United Airlines, WaMu (now Chase), eBay, Amazon and Walmart. I started as an agent then moved up from Subject Matter Expert to Quality Assurance Associate, Team Lead, Communication Coach then I moved to Training. Having taken on various roles, I have acquired and developed skills and expertise that I have helped passed along to new remployees.

As a trainer, I have developed an incredible attention to detail to make sure I don't miss out on important tasks. I am a very organized person and planning my agenda on a daily basis has always been a habit for me. Part of my tasks as a trainer for an online retail account is to help design the curriculum and learning modules for all learners. This endeavor requires in-depth understanding of the retail and customer service industry, great amount of online research and content writing. And so far, I’ve handled over 40 successful classes using the modules and curriculum I helped create.

When I started to freelance in 2017, I worked with several dropshipping companies and Amazon FBA sellers. Here are some of the tasks and skills I've learned and acquired over the years as a VA:
