Relief Team Leader: Team handling, coaching and performance monitoring.
Cross-skilled specialist: Telephone banker handling personal bank accounts and credit cards.
Peer Coach: Assisting trainees while on the transition phase. 
Quality Evaluator: Calibration, call evaluation and monitoring.
Knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge in Google Spreadsheets. CRM: Chope, Sapaad, Rewardly, Eats365, GetzPass, SevenRooms, Mailchimp, Acoulina.
