Profile Description

Detail-oriented customer service representative with over 6 years of competent experience in the BPO industry. Throughout my tenure, I have significantly developed my ability to adapt to business and process changes which enabled me to always be on track in meeting client goals and objectives.

I've also improved my attention to detail skill to always ensure accurate information are observed in completing the tasks I have.

Becoming part of the BPO industry for the past 6 years is a challenging but rewarding experience. My managers and I were able to communicate the things that will help me improve when it comes to meeting and exceeding KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by our clients especially for Tickets/Calls Handled per Hour, Ticket/Call quality, user feedback.

Some of the technical skills I have learned and developed throughout the way are in relation to working with Microsoft Office Tools, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and Google Workspace Tools.

I'm also highly trainable and I'd like to explore things that I am not familiar with so that I can improve.
