My career started as customer service associate for a US Retail Company followed by an Australian Telco Company.
After, I became a freelancer and had my first client in which I assisted in managing her Social Media Account.
Not long afterwards, I became part of a Global Business to Business Travel company who supports multinational clients with focus in customer service, data entry, customer retention, inside sales and complaint management.
After almost a year, I was then promoted as a Global Quality Assurance and Performance Analyst.
Currently, I am part of a multinational manufacturing company as a Customer Service Specialist handling business to business accounts and Inside Sales.
