Profile Description

I have worked as an Amazon Virtual Assistant mainly doing Inventory & Shipment Management. I have also handled other tasks at Amazon just as Account Health Management, Customer Service, Product Listing, Listing Optimization, Amazon Posts, and Copywriting. 
I have also worked for a retail and cUpgrade to see actual infoit company based in the USA as an inbound call center agent. I mainly work with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. I also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process. 
I have experience with tools like Amazon Workspace, Solution Builder, CCMS, and SNAP Connect.
Some of the tasks that I can do in my previous work experience include tasks like Internet Research, Google Sheets navigation, e-commerce website navigation (UPC, SKU, checking order status, placing an order, order replacement, refund, coupons issuance), cUpgrade to see actual infoit card account navigation (bill payment, charge adjustment, closing account), and excellent English Language Comprehension.
I have taken an online course on becoming a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Management, Facebook Ads, Shopify Freelancing, and WordPress Freelancing that includes relevant coursework.
I can also do basic tasks like data entry using Google Docs and spreadsheets, and basic photo & video editing.
Lastly, I am a team player, a hard worker, a fast learner, exciting to work with, passionate, and eager to learn new things. I can communicate well in English to ensure good service.
