Profile Description

I am Danielle, an experienced customer service provider who also possesses general VA skills.
I gained my experience in customer service at my previous employment. I am able to build rapport with clients whilst being efficient in providing the services or information they need. Might it be through SMS, phone, or e-mails, I am able to handle it well and communicate well. Being able to convert these into actual reports is not a problem. I am knowledgeable at using Office applications and confident enough that I can learn efficiently on other platforms if deemed necessary.
Part of the VA skills I can offer is through data entry, content creation, video and photo editing, creative and informative writing. I assure you that I can do well in these areas. I am willing to learn and able to adapt well in accordance to employer's demands.
